2. Fill in your “Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name”
3. Fill in your “Suffix, Sex, and Date of Birth
4. Fill up the “Program and Year level” you wish to enroll.

• In order to create your account we need you to fill up the details needed below.

1. First is fill up an active email that you are using.
2. Create a password and kindly take note of the password requirement posted above.
3. Type your password again to confirm.
4. Fill up your mobile number.

3.3 ACCESS TO DISTANT LEARNING

• This is to determine how your classes will be handled according to your chosen category.

1. Select from the three category your current access to technology and living situation.
2. Click “Proceed” so you can move to the next step.
