Our Project Development Flow
11 Steps
Phase I
1
01. Requirement Gathering
We meet the client to gather software requirements, features, and scope of the application the client needs.

02. Proposal and Contract Signing
Proper documentation such as proposal and contract are prepared to be signed by both parties to officially start the project development.

03. Project Map Making
Project Map is detailed documentation about the contents of each software's UI such as web pages.

04. Data Gathering
Data as for examples write-ups, images, video, and etc. are gathered before the development starts.
Phase II
1
05. Development Starting
Guided by project map and using the data gathered, the development takes place after knowing the requirements and documents are signed.

06. Prototype Presenting
This stage, the prototype designed is presented and discussed if the client requirements are met.

07. Client Meeting
We will meet the client several times to present the software we designed for them. The client checks if the software is well designed and functional.

08. Testing
The final version of the software is being tested for errors and double checked if the data are accurate.
Phase III
1
09. User Training
A client's chosen software admin will be given an eight-hour training on how to use the software.

10. Project Finalizing
The software is finalized by checking all the requirements in phase I are in the app. In this stage also, the client chooses a domain name. (For website clients only)

11. Hosting
For websites and hosting projects only: The files are uploaded in Mindweb's dedicated web servers, making the software accessible worldwide, 24/7.

Online Journal System
University of the Visayas' Online Journal System (OJS) is hosting in Mindweb's web server. This is a ready-made system that houses the published articles of the University of the Visayas. Visit their site at http://uvjor.ph.
Patient Management System
A desktop application is being developed for the Balay Malingkawasnon office of Visayas Community Medical Center. This application manages the patient's information, finances, and even tracks the supplies of their medicines.
